Andrea Kumm (pronounced K-OO-M) is excited to be back at Brookfield Academy this year. Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University, with endorsements in Language Arts and Early Childhood. Her educational background has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences for young learners, and she is dedicated to fostering a love of learning in all her students.
Andrea firmly believes that every child brings something unique and valuable to the classroom. She understands that each student has their own strengths, talents, and perspectives, and she strives to create an inclusive environment where every child feels heard, respected, and appreciated. As an educator, her goal is not only to support academic growth but also to nurture students' social and emotional development.
