Brittany Thompson

Ms. Brittany joined Brookfield Academy in 2022 as an Associate Teacher and has quickly become an essential part of the Pre-Primary team. In her role, she provides support across all Pre-Primary classrooms, assisting with various educational activities and ensuring that students have a positive and enriching experience throughout their day. In addition to her classroom duties, Ms. Brittany also lends a helping hand in the nap room, lunchroom, and aftercare program, where she ensures that the children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in all aspects of their day.

Ms. Brittany is committed to her professional growth and development. She was accepted into the Child Development Associate (CDA) program, which she is currently working on to further enhance her skills in early childhood education. Her dedication to expanding her knowledge and expertise demonstrates her passion for providing the best possible care and education to young children.

Outside of her work at Brookfield Academy, Ms. Brittany enjoys engaging in various creative activities. She loves working with her hands, whether it’s through painting, sewing, or crocheting. These artistic hobbies allow her to unwind and express herself creatively, while also developing new skills. Additionally, Ms. Brittany has a keen interest in learning languages and is currently working on expanding her linguistic abilities. This passion for languages highlights her curiosity and commitment to broadening her cultural understanding.

With her caring and creative nature, Ms. Brittany brings a warm and positive energy to every task she takes on. She is a valued member of the Brookfield Academy community, and her enthusiasm for both her personal and professional growth makes her an inspiring presence in the lives of the students and families she works with.
