My Background

Ms. Carmen is excited to be a new teacher at Brookfield Academy. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Bradley University, and began her career as a technical writer. Most recently, Ms. Carmen was an Educational Technology Specialist at an elementary school in Northern Nevada before moving to Michigan. She is married with a college-aged daughter. Ms. Carmen enjoys spending time with her family, talking with friends, and reading in her free time.
