Joel Miller

Mr. Joel brings 14 years of diverse experience in education, spanning roles as the director of a child-centered nonprofit, leader of numerous after-school programs, and teacher of students from toddlers to high school in subjects including science, English, social studies, and drama. A graduate of Oakland University with a specialization in developmental psychology and early elementary education, he blends multiple pedagogical approaches to create personalized, holistic learning experiences for every student.

Outside the classroom, Mr. Joel cherishes time with his wife and two sons. When he finds a rare free moment, he enjoys gardening at home and exploring creative pursuits.
