My Background

Ms. Tiffany began her role as Business Manager at Brookfield Academy in September 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to supporting the school's mission. Her background in education has given her a unique perspective on the needs of the school community, and she applies her organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various business operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Before joining Brookfield Academy, Ms. Tiffany worked at Bright Horizons, where she started in 2017 as an Associate Teacher for infants. Her passion for early childhood education quickly became evident, and she transitioned to the role of Lead Teacher for pre-primary students, where she played a key role in shaping the educational experience of young learners. Ms. Tiffany holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is actively working towards her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, furthering her expertise in the field and her ability to support children’s development in a meaningful way.

Ms. Tiffany's transition from teaching to business management at Brookfield Academy was driven by her desire to take on new challenges and contribute to the school in a different capacity. Her background in education has made her highly attuned to the needs of students, staff, and families, and she brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to her work as Business Manager.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. Whether it's relaxing at home or engaging in outdoor activities, she values the moments spent with her loved ones. She also has a special connection to her family farm in Kentucky, where she enjoys traveling to unwind and reconnect with nature. The serene environment of the farm provides her with a peaceful retreat, allowing her to recharge and find inspiration.

Ms. Tiffany's dedication to both her professional and personal life, as well as her passion for education and management, make her a valuable member of the Brookfield Academy team. Her ability to balance her responsibilities with her love for spending time with family and exploring new places reflects her well-rounded and positive approach to life.
